Some locals want students out

Some residents in the Pine Knolls and Northside areas of Chapel Hill say students are taking over their neighborhoods. They argue student rentals are changing the character of their historic communities and making it more expensive for longtime residents to keep renting their homes. Now the town council is working on a plan designed to protect those communities.
