Football team’s new twitter rules

People usually think of Twitter as a way to express one’s self freely.  That’s not true for some UNC athletes.  The coaches say football players cannot tweet at all.

“Speaking of the First Amendment” is a collaborative project between Carolina Connection, UNC’s student TV newscast, Carolina Week, and its online news site Reese News.
