Cairo taxi drivers witness Egypt’s historic changes

During the past year, young people in Egypt played a major role in changing their country’s political landscape. This summer, Carolina Connection’s Reema Khrais saw those changes firsthand. She lived there for a month, and documented stories of the Egyptian people as they shape a new government. In her conversations, she learned that cabdrivers are politically aware and unafraid to share their thoughts as they snake through the streets of Egypt.
