Ex-chancellor remembers 9/11

By Michael Tomsic

Music professor James Moeser was UNC’s chancellor in 2001.   He recalls that September 11 was one of his most difficult days on the job.   He talks with Carolina Connection’s Michael Tomsic about where he was when he learned of the terrorist attacks, and how the campus responded afterward.
