More and more veterans have enrolled here during the last two years. That’s according to Lt.Col. Monte Yoder, chair of the university’s ROTC program. Some of the veterans have joined that program to get additional military leadership training. But while the ROTC does provide some of the structure those returning from service are used to, many are still having trouble transitioning to civilian life.
