For those of us of drinking age, there’s nothing like sipping on a cold beer at the end of a warm fall day. Those with a more refined palette might opt for a locally made, craft beer. So what’s the secret behind a flavorful, mouth-watering brew? There’s a chemistry to that fermentation. At the Science of Beer event at the Museum of Life and Science Thursday night, ten local brewers showcased their art.
