This local farm gives visitors a new way to rest and relax: cuddling with a cow

When we want to de-stress, many of us turn to exercise, spending time with friends, or journaling. But have you ever thought of hugging a cow? It sounds unconventional, but it’s part of a growing trend in animal-assisted therapy.

Henry Nicholls takes us to an Orange County farm to see how these gentle giants are helping people lower their heart rates and find a much-needed mental rest.
