Board of Governors to rework budget request amid pandemic

Around this time of the year, the UNC System Board of Governors  is usually working on the annual budget. Last month, they had agreed on a funding request that they were planning to send to the legislature.  But now, they plan to rework it to accommodate emergency funding for COVID-19.
