UNC’s mascot, Rameses, welcomes new members to his family … and the Carolina family

During UNC’s commencement ceremony in May, Tar Heel fans are likely to spot a fluffy ram with horns painted blue. UNC’s live mascot, Rameses, is considered a symbol of pride at the University. But Rameses has a life of his own off campus.

Alice Scott visited the Chapel Hill farm where Rameses lives to investigate a big change for the ram.
