As flooded businesses re-open after Chantel, some owners worry about the next big storm

It’s been seven months since Tropical Storm Chantal hit Chapel Hill. Some businesses are now reopening after months of renovation. Yet even as they apply fresh paint and install new store fixtures, several owners still worry about the threat of future flooding.
