More than 26,000 have signed a petition against moving UNC’s basketball arena off campus

The debate over where the Carolina mens basketball team calls home is far from over. University leaders are considering a plan to build a new arena off campus, while some students and alumni are pushing for UNC to renovate and update the Dean Dome instead.
