The haircuts are free, the stylists are learning on the job: ‘Free haircut Fridays’ come to UNC

If you’re thinking of switching up your look, or trusting a friend with a pair of scissors, you’re in luck. Every Friday, in front of the Undergraduate Library, you can get your hair cut free of charge by student stylists, many of whom have only recently started cutting hair- or have never cut hair at all.

The founders of Free Haircut Fridays are a group of friends with a mission to promote community on Campus.
