UNC researchers have been left in limbo as funding for their programs remains uncertain

Some cancer researchers at UNC don’t know if they will have enough money to continue their work next year. In February, the Trump Administration announced that the National Institutes of Health will cap indirect cost payments for research grants at fifteen percent. Some federal grants have stopped entirely.

Kayla Bradshaw reports on how two UNC researchers are affected.
