Raw milk is moooooving up in popularity despite expert warnings

Americans are drinking more raw milk. In fact, last year, when the U.S. confirmed its first case of bird flu in cattle, raw milk sales went up — the opposite of what the FDA and CDC advised at the time.

Raw milk connoisseurs say pasteurizing milk kills good nutrients, and raw milk is healthier. Experts disagree, and some raw milk drinkers are getting sick from it.
