Belichick sidesteps UNC’s anti-nepotism policy as he hires his two sons as assistant coaches

Carolina football has been center stage since National Football League legend Bill Belichick was hired as head coach in December. Belichick coached the New England Patriots for 24 seasons, leading them to six Super Bowl titles. Now he’s bringing the pro model to UNC, and with it, an NFL-experienced coaching staff that includes his two sons.
