Zaxby’s ruffles the feathers of the Franklin St. chicken scene

East Franklin Street downtown is already home to four chicken restaurants, but Zaxby’s is fighting for the top of the pecking order.

Maya Hagan went to the grand opening to see what all the clucking is about.
