After an underwhelming season, UNC men’s basketball fans are divided on Hubert Davis’ new contract

It’s been a disappointing year for UNC men’s basketball. Despite starting the season ranked ninth in the country, they were the last to receive an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Tar Heels lost to Ole Miss, cutting their season short in the first round.

In December, however, head coach Hubert Davis signed a contract extension through 2028. Fans are now split on whether that was the right move – after the team fell short of expectations.
