Groups are installing ‘trash traps’ in area creeks to catch litter

What started as a hobby for one Raleigh resident has now led to an effort by local organizations and the city to clean up litter using trash traps.

Andy Zhao was on the ground for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the traps and has more.
