Chapel Hill mayor says a potential federal funding freeze could impact local programs

If the White House is eventually able to implement the order, one local leader says it could limit Chapel Hill’s public transportation, green initiatives, public libraries and more.

Carolina Connection’s W.H. Hayes is joined by Chapel Hill Mayor, Jess Anderson.
