As UNC plans to add more students, its dorms already can’t house everyone who wants a room

UNC Chancellor Lee Roberts says the university’s enrollment numbers haven’t kept up with North Carolina’s growing population. Roberts has announced the university will admit an additional 500 students for this next year.

However, Carolina already struggles to house all the students who want to live in on-campus dorms.  Mia Khatib reports
