Pittsboro’s annual ‘Death Faire’ encourages people to embrace death, rather than fear it

Death is a subject that people often shy away from discussing openly. But a yearly festival in Chatham County aims to change that.

The Death Faire is a celebration of people who have passed away … and a space for attendees to reflect on their own mortality.
