Anxious about the election? Experts say you’re not alone

If there’s one thing that people on both sides of the political aisle can agree on, it’s that the election can be a significant source of anxiety. According to an AP survey, 69 percent of Americans are experiencing these fears.

Dr. Megan Pruette, a UNC clinical professor of psychiatry joins us in the studio to discuss how people can cope in healthy ways.
