Pirates help spread the message about preventing fires and preparing for emergencies

The Tarrrr Heel Preparedness Festival hosted by Campus Safety on Thursday aimed to help students prepare for a variety of emergencies. The event had appearances from 24 groups including the South Orange Rescue Squad, Chapel Hill police department …and a bunch of rowdy pirates.
