Franklin Street sees rise of new chain restaurants

In recent years,  Chapel Hillians mourned the loss of some beloved restaurants like Linda’s Bar and Ye Olde Waffle House. Increasing rent and competition with national chains are partially to blame. Maddie Policastro spoke with local business owners to see if there is still a place for small businesses in Chapel Hill.
