Undaunted by business challenges, a Carolina alum has opened a new bar near UNC’s campus

But while some downtown businesses are closing, a few entrepreneurs are taking a shot at opening new ones. Local businessman Michael Rosenbacher landed prime real estate for “Max’s Tin Can” – a beer focused bar featuring plenty of Carolina spirit.
