UNC Housekeepers continue to fight for wage increases and free parking. Housekeepers now earn between $33,000 and $47,000 annually, but many have to pay hundreds of dollars a year for on-campus parking. UNC has announced a five year plan to improve pay and lower parking costs, but housekeepers say it’s not enough.
