In a likely Biden-Trump rematch, campaigns again see N.C. as a key swing state

Eight months remain in the 2024 Presidential election cycle, and Super Tuesday made it official – President Joe Biden likely will face former President Donald Trump.

North Carolina’s importance in the general election is underscored by the number of visits candidates have made to the state. Just before the Democratic Primary, Vice President Kamala Harris came to Durham.
