Vice president returns to North Carolina to promote minority investment

Vice President Kamala Harris visited North Carolina Friday for the tenth time during her term. She spoke to a crowd on West Parish Street, part of Durham’s historic “Black Wall Street.” The speech was a part of her “Investing in America Tour,” and she talked about the Biden Administration’s support for historically underserved small businesses and entrepreneurs.
