Some UNC students are finding it hard to break their social media habit

UNC students say they have a love-hate relationship with social media. On the one hand, it’s an enjoyable source of entertainment, but on the other, it can be emotionally draining. Some students say they regret spending excess time scrolling on TikTok, Instagram, and other apps.
