Chapel Hill Mayor-Elect Jess Anderson says she’s trying to build bridges following what she says was the most contentious election in recent memory. She is a UNC Professor of the Practice in public policy. She joins Carolina Connection’s Henry Taylor to discuss both her victory and some issues she’ll face as Chapel Hill’s mayor.
