Student organization hopes Lunar New Year will help bridge gaps in the local Chinese community

On January 22, people all over the world rang in the Lunar New Year. It’s a time to celebrate, be with family, and make delicious food. At UNC, the Chinese Undergraduate Student Association hopes the New Year can serve another purpose–fostering a sense of community between Asian Americans and International Chinese students.
