Renovations at the Coker Arboretum don’t stop students from making use of the natural space

The 120-year-old arbor on UNC’s campus has been torn down. The landmark is undergoing renovations and will be rebuilt. But while the iconic structure may be missing, there’s still plenty to see this winter in Coker Arboretum –  trees, birds, and even some blooms.

  1. Good story, Savannah. The apricot is almost finished flowering now, but more late winter flowers will come along.
