UNC Board of Trustees approves tuition increase for out-of-state students, fee increases for all

It’s likely to become more expensive to attend UNC. The Board of Trustees has approved increases in non-resident tuition, and fees for dining plans and housing. But the Trustees say UNC is still a bargain.
