UNC continues to investigate lead contamination in metal water fixtures

UNC’s fall semester is coming to an end, but the university is not close to finishing its semester-long investigation of lead in water fixtures. UNC’s department of Environment, Health and Safety found lead in Wilson Library drinking fountains in late August. Since then, EHS has been looking for the metal in fixtures across campus.

Sophie Mallinson provides an update on the University’s lead investigation.
