UNC heads to the Supreme Court to defend Affirmative Action in admissions

UNC-Chapel Hill is preparing for oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court Monday. UNC is one defendant in a case questioning its race-conscious admissions policies, commonly known as Affirmative Action. The case may overturn more than a half century of precedent at public universities regarding their ability to consider race in the admissions process.
