UNC business students have opened a coffee house, with help from an alum

Behind the broad windows of 462 West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill’s newest coffee shop is open for business. Blue House Cafe was founded by three UNC students and opened for a two-day soft launch in October. The cafe is now open full-time…and its owners are hoping to grow the business.
