The word game Wordle hooked millions of users in just a few months, with one puzzle published a day and sharable results. But some folks want more. Devang Thakkar, a Duke student, found himself wishing he could access the puzzles he’d missed. By modifying open-source code posted by Katherine Peterson, he created an archive of all the previous Wordles for anyone to play. The site now sees about 400,000 visitors a day, and counting.

His archive can be found here.

Carolina Connection’s Sophia Ramirez sat down with Thakkar to discuss his innovation.
