Students plan another rally for a vaccine mandate, as the UNC System continues to defer to state health officials

UNC System President Peter Hans is deferring to state health officials on the question of whether UNC schools will mandate COVID-19 vaccinations. Last week, UNC students gathered on campus for a protest demanding a mandate. Student-organizers are planning another demonstration Friday.
