“Vaccinate UNC Now”: Students call for mandatory COVID-19 shots

UNC students call for a COVID-19 vaccine requirement on campus. Several other universities, including Duke and the University of Virginia, have already imposed mandates. (Mary King / Carolina Connection)

Some UNC students gathered in front of Wilson Library Friday afternoon for a demonstration they called “Vaccinate UNC Now.” They were calling for UNC leaders to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for students.
