Back on campus in-person, first-years and sophomores look to find their UNC ‘home’

After two and a half semesters of mostly remote classes, students are getting back into the swing of in-person campus life. For seniors, finding community on campus seemed to come naturally pre-COVID. But it’s an entirely new experience for first-years and sophomores. Some of them have found it hard to find their place at UNC from home.
