Bugging out: Billions of cicadas to emerge this summer in a noisy mating frenzy

This summer in North Carolina is going to be buzzing, and not just because more people may finally venture out. All along the east coast, summer will be the season of the cicada. Billions of those noisy insects will be emerging from their underground homes in a mating frenzy.
