“I Too Am Carolina”: Students elect Lamar Richards as the new UNC Student Body President

UNC elected a new student body president Tuesday. Sophomore Lamar Richards, who is Black, gay and a first-generation college student, ran with the campaign slogan “I Too Am Carolina.”
