Tests and tech will be part of UNC’s spring reopening plan, but some are skeptical

After failing to Contain COVID-19 on campus in August and sending students home, UNC plans to reopen for in-person classes the Spring. University leaders say more testing and more technology will keep people safe– but others aren’t so sure.
