Amid the pandemic, more people have been shopping on online thrift stores, particularly among millennials and Generation Z. A survey from the McKinsey consulting firm found consumers considered newness to be the least important factor when buying apparel, even after the pandemic ends. How will this impact sustainability on a larger scale?
