Court order requires 2020 NC election to be more accessible to visually impaired voters

Blind and visually impaired people sometimes faces challenges trying to vote.  Last month, the North Carolina Board of Elections was required by a federal court to offer online voting for visually impaired voters. Voters have until 5:00 Tuesday to submit their absentee ballots using the new online portal.
