N.C. small businesses pivot to producing emergency supplies

As you probably know if you’ve been out shopping, there’s a shortage of items like hand sanitizer and paper towels. Those essentials can help fight the virus. But with supplies running short, some businesses are now pivoting their production to help their communities.
