Several Franklin St. businesses recently have closed, but that high turnover is not new

Recently, several businesses on Franklin Street have closed, leaving a couple of big, new vacancies. Just this month, both Walgreen’s and Mellow Mushroom have shut their doors. But local business leaders say the turnover is normal.
