Some transgender students say UNC housing should be more accommodating

Housing applications for Carolina students are officially open for next school year. For some students, it’s an exciting time to set up living arrangements with friends.

But as Patrick Rosemond reports, some Carolina students say they’ve been forced into housing assignments that are inconsistent with their gender identities.
