Halloween in America exceeded some UNC exchange students’ expectations

Everyone in Chapel Hill knows about the Halloween festivities on Franklin St. But what if you’re new to Chapel Hill or even the United States?

Savannah Norris spent Halloween night with three UNC foreign exchange students to find out they spent the holiday.
