A new NCAA plan may allow college athletes to profit; How will it affect UNC?

This week, the NCAA approved a plan that could allow college athletes to receive money for use of their names, likenesses, and images. That means that college athletes may be able to hire agents, sign endorsement deals with brands, and have their name on merchandise. UNC football head coach Mack Brown says he’s concerned about how the proposition might affect the team, while some UNC students this is a positive step for collegiate athletes.
